MorelMap Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the MorelMap app and website.
Service Scope
- MorelMap provides informational scouting tools, map overlays, and logging features for outdoor mushroom scouting.
- MorelMap does not guarantee mushroom presence, harvest success, route safety, land access rights, or field conditions.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for complying with local laws, land-access restrictions, and safe outdoor practices.
- Users are responsible for independently verifying mushroom identification and edibility.
- Users should not rely on MorelMap as emergency, navigation, or safety-critical guidance.
Availability and Changes
- Features, analysis layers, and data availability may change without notice.
- The service may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Liability
MorelMap is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service owner is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages arising from use of the app, maps, analysis outputs, or related website content.
